Kpop Idol Suicides. He was writing to his older sister hours before hed been pronounced dead. The lead singer of the popular boy band SHINee and soloist Jonghyuns suicide note only gave us a tiny glimpse of how depressed he really was as he spoke of how he was broken inside and that he couldnt fight it anymore.
An apparent suicide note left by K-pop star Kim Jong-hyun the SHINee singer best known by his stage name Jonghyun revealed the depth of his struggles with depression before he died Monday. This time it was the suicide of her close friend and fellow actor Ahn Jae-hwan. In 2008 Choi received more pressure when she was yet again suspected to have caused another death.
But the shock suicides of Jongyun a member of the group SHINee in 2017 and Ahn So Jin from Baby Kara in 2015 did nothing to change the culture of an industry so toxic that it has been described as an infectious disease.
Ahn Jae-hwan was a South Korean actor. Born on December 22 1980 actress Lee Eun Ju passed away on February 22 2005 at the age of 24. She is a star of hits films including Taegukgi and The Scarlet Letter. Following Ahns death in September 2008 Choi committed suicide on October 2nd 2008.
