Korean standards of beauty thinks highly of pale white skin. This is indeed one of my favorite Asian features as I really do not see the preoccupation with pale skin being the Korean ideal beauty standard. From a culture where pale skin is considered ideal K-Pop idols who embrace their naturally darker skin tones like EXO s Kai are celebrated among fansespecially international ones.
Kai from exo is a good example of this.
